The course is specifically tailored to meet the training requirements of certain retailer supplier standards.

Course Summary:

Throughout the workshop, participants will explore the following key topics:

  1. Understanding due diligence and legal requirements in relation to food safety laws.
  2. Reviewing past foodborne illness outbreaks in Australia for valuable insights.
  3. Familiarizing participants with the responsibilities of recall team members.
  4. Assessing and refining your company's existing Recall procedure and Contingency plan.
  5. Examining the 2023 FSANZ Recall protocol in detail.
